Options to donate:
.Donate to The National Center for Reason and Justice. It was the NCRJ that first vetted the case and got the Innocence Project of Texas, and then lawyer Mike Ware on board. The NCRJ is a small organization that depends entirely on individual contributions, and will be enormously grateful for whatever you can give.
NCRJ is a 501(c)(3) organization. Your donation is tax-deductible. You will receive a receipt in the mail.
You may also send a check, made out to the National Center for Reason and Justice or NCRJ to:
The National Center for Reason and Justice
Attn: Free the Texas Four
POB 191101
Roxbury MA 02119
Support the Innocence Project of Texas here IPTX has helped pay some expenses as well as being instrumental in getting the "junk science" legislation passed last year, which helped move this case forward.
To send money to the four women themselves, contact us at the About us/contact tab above. Any and all is very much appreciated--by the way, although each of the women worked full time jobs while in prison, Texas does not pay prisoners anything for their labor! Funds are now needed for new clothes, shoes, transportation, etc. . .as well as gifts to others for Christmas.
